Alyssa Te, MPH

Science Communications Intern

Alyssa earned her Master of Public Health at George Washington University, where she discovered her passion for environmental health, mental health, and health communications and marketing. Prior to obtaining her Master's, Alyssa graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Professions. During her time at Temple, she was the Creative Director and Director of Public Relations with Swipes for Philadelphia, a nonprofit organization that addresses food insecurity among college students. Alyssa also worked with Grassroots Health on program evaluation and communicated findings to internal and external stakeholders. Being naturally curious and an avid learner, Alyssa is excited to expand her knowledge by working with CHE. She hopes her contribution will help encourage people to have more informed conversations for a safer and healthier future.
