Affected workers polymerizing vinyl chloride in 1960's. Patients developed finger parathesias, cold sensitivity, Raynaud's phenomenon, pseudo-clubbing of the fingers, and skin edema and thickening of the fingers, hands, and forearms. Increased prevalence noted in HLA DR3 and DR3/B8 haplotypes.
