Notes

Pesticide, carbon tetrachloride, asbestos, and formaldehyde exposure have been associated with intra-ocular melanomas. Pesticide exposure in applicators and farm workers has been associated with melanoma. In these situations, the individual is exposed to mixtures of pesticides or different pesticides at different times and a correlation between an individual pesticide and disease can not be made.
